Hello Everybody! Thanks for visiting my site. This Blog is devoted to actually carrying out everything you say you want to. To stop making excuses, and to stop dropping the ball. We are all capable of achieving any goal we want. We just have to get up, stop being scared or lazy and Do IT! That's what prompted me to start a heathy lifestyle change. I always knew I wanted to but let excuses get in my way. It took for me to realize that the only thing really holding me back was me.
So on March 1st 2016 I decided that instead of scrolling on Instagram my whole life looking at the lifestyle I wanted. I would actually put forth some action and get if for myself. I hope that with this Blog I can help motivate others to also stop just scrolling.
