This recipe is super easy, takes no time and clean up is a breeze!

1. Line a pan with aluminum foil and create a pouch for food to cook inside. Make sure the pouch is able to be sealed so no juices seep out the sides.

2. Spray foil with a non stick cooking spray.

3. Place 2 Pieces of Fish in Foil and drizzle lightly with Olive Oil making sure the Fish is evenly coated.

4. Season both sides of Fish with all the seasonings listed above. Remember the trick to making sure your food is flavorful while eating clean is to Eat Clean but Cook Dirty. This means don't be afraid to add lots of spices and build on flavor. Use Salt sparingly but when it comes to the Garlic Powder and Blackened Seasoning use those to create a depth in flavor

5. Add lemon slices to each piece of fish.

6. Separate your Shrimp and take about one fourth of the shrimp and cut each piece in half. You want some pieces to be cut and some to still be full. (This step can be omitted, I personally prefer to have different sizes of shrimp)

7. Next add all of the shrimp in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil until evenly coated.

8 Add a Pinch of Salt, Black Pepper, Diced Jalapeño (to taste) Lemon Juice, and Freshly Minced Garlic and Chopped Parsley.

***COOKING TIP***

With higher quality seafood items like Shrimp Lobster and Scallops you don't want to let your seasonings overpower the natural flavors that that ingredient provides. Instead you want to highlight those flavors. When seasoning your shrimp and other higher quality items less is more. Use fresh ingredients like fresh herbs, garlic and lemon too give your seafood flavor.

9. Take Seasoned Shrimp and place on top of Fish. Seal Foil Pack and Bake in a 400 Degree oven until the fish is flakey and shrimp are plump and cooked.
